Quickbooks Integration
1. OVERVIEW
Tailgators Group Reporting is an internal financial reporting application operated by Tailgators Group for exclusive use by its authorized personnel. The application connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's authorized API to retrieve financial data for internal operational analysis across the Tailgators Group's locations. This application is not distributed to the public and is not available to any individuals or organizations outside of Tailgators Group.
2. DATA ACCESSED
The application retrieves the following categories of QuickBooks Online data solely as needed to generate internal financial reports:
- Profit & Loss statements
- Balance sheets
- Transaction lists and general ledger data
- Chart of accounts
- Vendor and customer summary data associated with the above reports
No personal consumer data, employee personal information, or payment card data is collected or stored by this application beyond what is contained in the financial records retrieved from QuickBooks Online.
3. HOW DATA IS USED
All data retrieved from QuickBooks Online is used exclusively for internal business analysis, including restaurant-level performance reporting, cost tracking, and operational decision-making by authorized Tailgators Group personnel. Data is not used for marketing, advertising, or any purpose unrelated to internal financial operations.
4. DATA SHARING AND SALE
Tailgators Group does not sell, license, rent, or otherwise disclose QuickBooks data retrieved by this application to any third party. Data is not shared with analytics providers, advertising networks, or any external service beyond the cloud infrastructure required to operate the application itself.
5. DATA SECURITY
Financial data is processed and, where temporarily retained, stored within secure cloud infrastructure using industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorized Tailgators Group personnel through authenticated sessions. OAuth 2.0 tokens issued by Intuit are stored securely and are never logged or exposed in plaintext.
6. DATA RETENTION
Report data may be cached temporarily to support application performance. Cached data is purged on a regular basis consistent with internal operational needs. Tailgators Group does not build long-term data archives of QuickBooks records beyond what is necessary for current reporting purposes.
