Quickbooks Integration
1. APPLICATION DESCRIPTION
Tailgators Group Reporting is an internal financial reporting tool developed and operated by Tailgators Group. The application connects to QuickBooks Online via Intuit's authorized OAuth 2.0 API to retrieve financial reports for internal operational analysis across the Tailgators Group's restaurant locations in the north Houston, Texas area. The application is not a commercial product and is not offered to the public.
2. AUTHORIZED USERS
Access to Tailgators Group Reporting is strictly limited to personnel expressly authorized by Tailgators Group. Unauthorized access, sharing of credentials, or use of the application by any individual outside of Tailgators Group is prohibited. By accessing the application, a user confirms they are an authorized employee or representative of Tailgators Group acting within the scope of their organizational role.
3. QUICKBOOKS ONLINE INTEGRATION
The application accesses QuickBooks Online data through a connection authorized by Tailgators Group's QuickBooks Online account administrator. The integration is governed by Intuit's API terms of service and operates within the permissions granted during the OAuth authorization flow. Tailgators Group is solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of the QuickBooks Online data that serves as the source for all reports generated by this application.
4. ACCEPTABLE USE
Users may access and use reports generated by Tailgators Group Reporting solely for internal business purposes on behalf of Tailgators Group. Users may not export, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise share application output for purposes unrelated to the internal operations of Tailgators Group. Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the operation of the application.
5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Tailgators Group Reporting is provided "as is" and "as available" for internal operational convenience. Tailgators Group makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any report or data generated by the application. Financial reports produced by this application are derived from QuickBooks Online source data and should be independently verified for any purpose requiring accounting-grade accuracy.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tailgators Group and its officers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use Tailgators Group Reporting, including any reliance placed on reports generated by the application. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability asserted.
7. MODIFICATIONS
Tailgators Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Tailgators Group Reporting at any time and to update these Terms of Use as needed. Continued use of the application following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
